PyMOL

PyMOL is a molecular visualization system. This is the open-source version of the commercial application.

There are three sizes to choose from:

  • Small - 1 CPU, 4 GB Memory
  • Medium - 2 CPU, 8 GB Memory
  • Large - 4 CPU, 16 GB Memory

Parallel rendering is enabled for the Medium and Large sizes. Select the appropriate size based on the the size and quantity of the files you're viewing.
