Clusters: In-browser Terminal

Through Open OnDemand (OOD or OpenOD), users can conveniently access a terminal using their web browser. This is a great option for new users because it requires no special software or manual configuration to set up.

Accessing the OpenOD Terminal​

Click on OOD Dashboard's Clusters dropdown menu to display a link called Palmetto 2 Shell Access.

Clicking this link will open a browser-based terminal to Palmetto 2. The only caveat is that users still need to enter their Clemson password and Duo authentication.
