👋 Welcome aboard!
We're excited that you are here and interested in using the Palmetto Cluster. Everything that you need to get started with HPC resources at Clemson University is on this page.
📝 New User Procedure
New users must follow a two-step process to get started:
- Submit an account request.
- Attend an onboarding workshop.
It usually takes about one week to complete these steps, since there are multiple parties involved.
- Your sponsor (adviser/supervisor) must approve your request.
- Onboarding training is only offered weekly on Fridays.
- Faculty requests are automatically approved.
