GLnexus is for scalable gVCF merging and joint variant calling for population sequencing projects.

To load GLnexus on Palmetto 2:

module load biocontainers
module load glnexus

Parallel Capabilities: Multithreading default. Max 16 cores, beyond that it hasn't been profiled.
