RepeatMasker

RepeatMasker screens DNA sequences for interspersed repeats and low complexity sequences. At a minimum, the input requires a sequence and return format. For output, it provides a detailed annotation of repeats present in the query sequence and a modified version of the query sequence with the annotated repeats masked. The documentation page breaks down the output files in more detail.
