HPC for Genomics Life Scientists: Foundations
Inaugural Workshop
This inaugural workshop was developed in partnership with Research Computing and Data (RCD) and the Clemson University Genomics and Bioinformatics Facility (CUGBF).
This two-part workshop introduces the foundations of high-performance computing for genomics research. Participants will learn how HPC resources can support common genomics workflows and build a foundation for using research computing resources effectively.
