HPC for Genomics Life Scientists: Practical Demonstrations
Inaugural Workshop
This inaugural workshop was developed in partnership with Research Computing and Data (RCD) and the Clemson University Genomics and Bioinformatics Facility (CUGBF).
This three-part workshop demonstrates practical high-performance computing workflows for genomics research. Participants will work through examples that show how HPC resources can be applied to genomics data and analyses.
