HPC for Genomics Life Scientists: Practical Demonstrations
Inaugural Workshop
This inaugural workshop was developed in partnership with Research Computing and Data (RCD), the Clemson University Genomics and Bioinformatics Facility (CUGBF), and the Institute for Human Genetics (IHG).
This three-part workshop demonstrates practical high-performance computing workflows for genomics research. Participants will work through examples that show how HPC resources can be applied to genomics data and analyses.
- Part 1. Single-cell RNA-seq (based on material from IHG's Single cell RNA-Seq Retreat)
- Part 2. Metagenomics
- Part 3. Agentic AI
