Introduction to Nextflow
Workshop Description
This workshop will introduce the Nextflow workflow manager. It is intended for those with little to no experience using Nextflow. Consisting of a single session we will cover the fundamental concepts of nextflow and how to construct your own workflows. Note that container capabilities and Groovy details are outside the scope of this workshop.
