📝 New User Procedure

New users must follow a two-step process to get started:

1. Request an allocation through ColdFront. Students must have their advisor request the allocation and add the student.
2. Attend an onboarding workshop.

Reminders

• Only faculty can use ColdFront to request an allocation on Palmetto.
• Onboarding training is only offered weekly on Fridays.
• You can check the status of your account using the Palmetto 2 Account Status Check Tool.
